Yayyy...school is finally out for the summer!!! Only 3 semesters left to go and I will graduate! Okay, so I know that's still a while away (about a year and a half), but it's still nice to think about ; )
I'm really happy with how this semester went. I ended up with a 3.9 GPA. Of course I wish I could have made a 4.0, but I'll definitely take this! Nic's last day is today then he will have about a two week break before he starts summer school. Poor thing pretty much has school year round...he is such a hard worker and that's one of the many things I love about him!! Also, that would be why he is graduating THIS SATURDAY with his Bachelor's degree!!! (Which is only 3 years since we graduated high school). He is such an over achiever! ; )
Tomorrow is our 11 month anniversary! I can't believe that in 32 days (notice the countdown on the bottom of my blog, lol) we will have been married for a year! Wow...I guess that saying's true about how time flies when you are having fun, haha! It really has been the best year of my life!!!
This summer I will be babysitting to make some money. I didn't want to get a job and then just have to turn around and quit at the end of the summer, so Nic & I decided that I would just babysit. It's good pay plus I love it! It will be about 4 days a week for about 7 hours a day. Not too bad...that way I can still study to prepare for next semester by reviewing old material and going over new stuff. I want to make a 4.0!!!!
So this is really random, but hopefully in the next few months we will be getting a puppy!! It will be either Kricket's or Chloe's puppy. I really wish I could get one of Krick's pups, but we think she is too old already. She is in heat right now, but we don't think she is able to get pregnant (i'm not going to go into detail for your sake, haha!). I would have liked to get one of hers then when we move into a house get one of Chloe's. That's most likely not going to happen though. O well! Choe is young and healthy so at least we'll be able to get one of hers and maybe another when we move into a house. We think she is about to go into heat and once she does my mom is going to breed her with someone elses male Jack Russell. Then hopefully everything works out right and about 2 months after that my sweet puppy will be born!! I can't wait! I already have her name picked out and everything, LOL. I just hope she has at least 2 females because both me and my mom want one and we won't settle for a male. Kricket, Chole, and their mom Freckles (who was also our dog but is no longer alive) have all always had big litters so hopefully we'll get our 2 little girls! : )

I have a busy next few days coming up. Between tomorrow and Friday I have lots of errands to run:
-get my hair cut
-pick up Nic's shirt for his graduation from the dry cleaner's
-find some shoes to match the dress that I want to wear to his graduation
-get him a graduation gift…STILL have not decided what I want to get him : /
-get a pedicure with my mom
-finish cleaning/organizing Nic's old room at his parent's house that we keep some of our stuff in (because his aunt & uncle are coming in from out of town for the weekend and they are going to stay in there)
-decide on what I’m going to have for dessert after Nic’s graduation…then either order it or make it
I know no one cares about all of that, but it helps me to write stuff like that down so I can actually see what all I have to do, lol. Next will be my list of what all we want to do during his 2 week break from school, so I can get to planning all of that. None of it is anything major because he will still have work, but I need to start figuring out the dates and everthing. Two things we definitely want to do are go to a LSU baseball game and spend a day at Ship Island. I can't wait to enjoy some nice free time with my hubby without any thoughts of school!
